Every coil of 3003 aluminum alloy inspected for thickness, alloy composition and surface quality before production.
PVDF Coating Verification
Lumiflon PVDF coating thickness, adhesion and colour accuracy verified at line speed using spectrophotometry.
Lamination & Bonding
Core-to-skin adhesion strength tested via peel test on every production batch.
Dimensional Tolerance Check
Width ±2mm, Length ±2mm, Thickness ±0.2mm — verified on every sheet before packing.
Fire Retardancy Testing
Ignitability and non-combustibility tests on every batch of FR grade panels per EN13501-1.
