2. Products & Specifications
All product specifications, dimensions, colours and finishes shown on this website are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and screen colour rendering. ALDURA reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
3. Warranty
The 15-year warranty offered on PVDF-coated ACP panels applies only to products installed as per ALDURA installation guidelines, under normal weather conditions, and not subjected to chemical or mechanical damage. The warranty covers colour retention and structural integrity of the panel only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, product codes and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of ALDURA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
ALDURA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products beyond the warranty stated herein. Our liability is limited to the value of the defective product supplied.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
